My Pixel 9 Pro screen is cracked. How much is it to fix?

A new Pixel 9 Pro screen is $299 with us. That is the full display, glass and screen together, fitted and tested. You will see the same price in the price box on this page.

The Pixel 9 Pro has a 6.3 inch OLED screen with the fingerprint reader built in underneath. We order the right part for your phone, so your fingerprint unlock works again after the repair.

How long does a Pixel 9 Pro screen replacement take?

Pixel screens are a special part, so we usually order yours in when you book. Most Pixel 9 Pro screens are ready in about 3 days. Once the part is here, the fitting itself is quick.

My Pixel 9 Pro screen has a green line or black spots, but no crack. Can you fix it?

Yes. A green or pink line, a black patch that spreads, or flickering usually means the display inside is damaged, even if the glass looks fine. It often shows up a few days after a drop.

We check it for free first. Sometimes a software update fixes a flicker. If the screen is damaged, a new screen fixes it fully.

My fingerprint stopped working after a drop. Is that the screen?

Most of the time, yes. The fingerprint reader on the Pixel 9 Pro sits under the screen. If the screen is cracked or the display is damaged, the reader can stop working too. A thick screen protector can also block it, so try taking that off first.

If that does not help, bring it in. We will test it and tell you what needs fixing before you pay anything.

Can you replace the battery on a Pixel 9 Pro?

Yes. If your Pixel 9 Pro drains fast, shuts down with charge left, or gets hot while charging, the battery is likely worn. If the back or screen starts to lift, the battery may be swelling. Please stop charging it and bring it in.

The back glass on my Pixel 9 Pro is smashed. Do you fix that?

We do. We remove the broken back, clean the frame and fit a new back glass. While it is open, we also check the camera bar glass, as it often cracks in the same drop.

Is it worth fixing a Pixel 9 Pro?

Usually, yes. The Pixel 9 Pro is still a top phone with years of updates ahead. A new screen costs far less than a new phone, and you keep all your photos and apps. If we find bigger problems, we will tell you honestly so you can decide.

Great staff, great service. I had terrible cracks all over my iPhone 7 screen, and it was starting to peel off. Visited them to fix 2 phones.The manager I met today was super friendly and they dud a great job at reasonable price.(Year ago)Just went to the shop for repair for rear camera cover crash for my Galaxy S6. Staff were all friendly and quick to respond.I picked it up by on-site repair, while I went shopping at the Westfield.I have not compared the pricing and servicing from other nearby repair shops, but I am happy with the end result and pricing.

I brought my broken iPhone to Apple, where I was told that they were unable to do anything besides reset it – except I had a lot of data that I had not yet backed up. Luckily I found this place and they amazingly were able to retrieve 2 years of photos from a dead phone as well as fix my phone! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, would definitely recommend for anyone experiencing similar issues!!
