Yes. If your phone drains fast, shuts down with charge left, or gets hot while charging, the battery is probably worn out. A new battery is one of our quickest jobs, and most people wait while we do it.
If the back or screen starts to lift, the battery may be swelling. Please stop charging it and bring it straight in.

My phone got wet. What should I do?
Turn it off straight away and do not charge it. Please skip the rice. It does not dry the inside and can leave dust in the ports.
Bring it to us as soon as you can. We open it up, clean the board and test every part. Water damage has no guarantee, but the sooner we see it, the better your chances.
My phone will not charge, or only charges at an angle.
Most of the time it is just lint packed into the charging port from your pocket. We clean it out first, and that fixes a lot of phones on the spot.
If the port is worn or damaged, we replace it. We test your cable and battery too, so we fix the real problem.
Can I drop my phone off before work and pick it up later?
Yes. We open at 7am on weekdays, so you can drop it in on your way to work or uni and pick it up later in the day. We will call you when it is ready.
